I am very excited to be a part of Buffalo Main event! If you've read my profile, you'll note that I'm a former sports talk show host. Actually, Brad and I started out at roughly the same time, left WGR at the exact same time, but I left to work for a miserable Arena League Football team and Brad kept on trucking.
I did have a few stints back at WGR over the years, but decided to stick with the bread and butter and participate in the sports world this way.
My blog will be a lot like the Brad Riter Show. I don't expect to talk about sports all the time as most of the time I'm not interested in stats and streaks and prognostication. Hit Brad and Todd up for that stuff.
I'm more interested in writing about the issues in sports and not just scores. I'll throw in observations on life in general, too. If I hear a cool new band, it'll be here. If I get mad at the people at the Food Network, I'll work it out here.
I am happy to be around, and I hope you enjoy the rants.
