I am writing this to invite and ask for your participation in the 9th annual Al Caffiero Golf Classic and Dinner on June 29th at Lancaster Country Club. This is my 4th year serving as co-chair of the event and admittedly, the first 3 were easy. The foursomes and sponsorships were pretty much locked in thanks to many of the small businesses in our area. Given the economy, that has changed this year and our numbers are down. This is where you come in. We are in need of golfers and/or those who would like to join us for dinner. WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO HAVE A GOOD TIME WHILE RAISING MONEY FOR ALS RESEARCH. Below are some details.
Event: Al Caffiero Golf Classic and Dinner.
Where: Lancaster Country Club
When: Monday June 29th Noon start, Cocktails and dinner start at 5:30pm.
Cost: $160 per golfer, $600 for a foursome, $50 for dinner only.
What's included: Lunch, Golf, BEER, Dinner, BEER, great auction items, and BEER.
Benefactors: MDA (for ALS research) and UB school of Public Health (scholarship for physical therapists)
EXTRA INCENTIVE: First team captain to sign up a foursome will receive a $50 gift card to Pro Golf Discount
Second team captain to sign up a foursome will receive a dozen Nike Tour D golf balls.
Third team captain will receive an old T-shirt.
